Saudi Arabia’s National Transformation Program (NTP) continues to drive Vision 2030 forward, reshaping the country’s economy, society, and infrastructure. Since its launch in 2016, NTP has worked across public, private, and non-profit sectors to create the systems and opportunities needed for the Kingdom’s ambitious goals. By 2023, major milestones had been achieved, from widespread digital transformation and improved government services to stronger environmental protections and better access to housing, water, and education.

The report highlights how this transformation is touching every part of daily life. Government services are now 97% digitised, judicial processes have been streamlined, and millions have benefitted from initiatives that enhance skills, jobs, and entrepreneurship. Investment in technology, tourism, and sustainability is accelerating, while programmes for women, young people, and people with disabilities are creating a more inclusive and dynamic society. The private sector is thriving too, with record foreign investments and support for thousands of small and medium businesses.

Looking ahead, the Kingdom is entering the next phase of Vision 2030 with even greater momentum. The focus will be on deepening these achievements, speeding up delivery, and ensuring lasting benefits for generations to come. The message is clear: the transformation isn’t slowing, Saudi Arabia is building a future that extends well beyond 2030.
