The Saudi Museums Commission has signed an executive programme with the Centre Pompidou, one of the world’s leading institutions for modern and contemporary art, marking a significant step in expanding Saudi Arabia’s international cultural partnerships.
Formalised at Diriyah Art Futures in Riyadh, the agreement establishes cooperation across three key areas: the loan of artworks, co-curation of exhibitions and cultural programmes, and the exchange of research and editorial content.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to knowledge exchange and curatorial dialogue, while reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its cultural infrastructure and position its museums sector within a dynamic global network.
