According to the official page, the initiative aims to support and encourage professionals to enhance their practice and improve their professional outcomes.
The initiative is built around four main goals: knowledge enrichment, encouraging innovation, maintaining professional competency and supporting lifelong learning. It approaches continuous professional development as an ongoing process through which practitioners can strengthen the knowledge, skills and behaviours required in their field through both formal and informal learning.
